to explore next?

Choose an answer to reveal sample results.

Ask → answer → reveal results. Moderated Q&A is available alongside live polls.

Put the audience in it.

Run live polls, reveal results and review questions before sharing them. Competitions support entry windows, rules and recorded draws.

Make discovery rewarding.

A QR stamp trail encourages visits to participating stalls. Complete the trail to unlock a reward, with approved vendor offers along the way.

Connect on their terms.

Attendees opt in to networking and save contacts. Exhibitors request lead details by scanning a pass; the attendee decides whether to share.

Feature access depends on event type, package and enabled modules. Demonstrations use illustrative sample data.

Vendors prepare their content. Your team reviews it before it appears in the published event.

01

Make it look like you.

Set your event imagery, colours and app icon. Choose the available modules that belong in your event experience.

02

Prepare. Preview. Publish.

Build schedules and speaker profiles, place stalls on a floorplan, preview the app and complete publication checks.

03

Bring your team along.

Invite co-organisers, check-in staff and vendors. Vendors prepare their content; your team reviews submissions and offers.

04

Do it all again.

Duplicate an event for its next edition. Annual packages support reusable resources, with event and workspace limits set by the package.

05 / Reporting

See the activity.
Find the insight.

Understand how people use your event app, then take useful records into your next planning session.

  • Event visits, registrations and retained saves
  • Vendor profile views and offer impressions
  • Engagement summaries and date filters
  • CSV reports, registration and check-in exports

Visits are approximate activity counts, not unique people. Analytics are aggregate reports; named registration exports are separate.

A few more
good details.

Compare packages
Do attendees need to download an app?

They can open an event link, scan its QR code or enter an event code in their browser. On supported devices, they can also add the event app to their Home Screen. A connection is needed for event content and account actions; full offline use is not supported.

Can the app look like our event?

Yes. Organisers can configure event imagery, colours and app branding. Event names and custom app artwork are available with active paid packages; free events keep Perka branding. Branding options and capacity depend on your package.

Can we sell paid tickets through Perka?

Perka issues free tickets, with optional capacity limits, and lets you link to your own ticket seller. Perka does not process ticket payments. Registered attendees use their personal entry pass for check-in.

Which features can we use?

Your event type determines which modules are supported. Your package determines access and capacity, and your team chooses which available modules to enable. Use the directory above to explore event types, then compare the current packages on Pricing.

How do notifications and reminders work?

Attendees choose whether to enable notifications on supported devices. On iPhone, they need to add the app to their Home Screen first. Attendees with notifications enabled can receive a reminder ten minutes before a session saved to their agenda starts.

What can our team export?

Organisers can export event registrations, check-in records and analytics summaries as CSV files. Registration exports include recorded consent information. Analytics reports show aggregate activity; exhibitors receive lead details only after an attendee chooses to share them.
