Customer support and complaints
For sales, software access, billing, cancellation, refunds or complaints, email legal@joinperka.com. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days, excluding South African public holidays. Refund decisions are communicated within 10 business days.
Include your event name, account email and order reference where relevant. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, card numbers or CVVs. Event admission, ticket refunds and vendor purchases should be raised with the relevant organiser or seller.
