Vendor terms
Your storefront, submitted materials, offers, and direct sales.
Version: perka-legal-draft-2026-10-28/vendor-terms
Authority and access
Only act for a vendor you are authorised to represent. Use the account assigned by the event organiser and protect credentials. Assignment to a storefront gives no authority to access visitor registration reports or another vendor's workspace.
Participation in the physical event, stall allocation, fees, and admission arrangements are governed by the relevant agreement with the organiser. They are not granted by receiving Perka workspace access.
Listings and publication
Keep your descriptions, stall information, product details, prices, photos, and promotions accurate and lawful. Submit only material you own or have permission to use, including any identifiable people or third-party brands.
Updates may require organiser review before publication. Submission is not guaranteed publication. The proposed terms permit correction or removal of misleading, unlawful, infringing, or out-of-scope material, with a review contact where appropriate.
Permission to display your materials
You retain ownership of your materials. The proposed licence lets Perka, the event organiser, and necessary service providers host, reproduce, resize, and display submitted content to operate and promote your listing within the agreed event service. Uses beyond that scope need a separate basis or permission.
The final agreement must address removal, existing backups, and any use after the event; it should not imply unlimited ownership or unrelated advertising rights.
Offers and purchases
Give each promotion clear conditions, validity dates, limitations, stock availability, and any stall code. Honour the published offer subject to its lawful terms and keep the organiser informed of changes.
You handle direct sales, fulfilment, product safety, customer complaints, and applicable returns/remedies. Perka's current app does not collect payment or record redemptions. Applicable consumer rights remain in force.
Visitor information and contact
A visitor registering or saving your listing does not give you permission to contact that person. Do not request visitor exports for unrelated marketing or collect personal information through published descriptions without an appropriate disclosed process.
Contact your event organiser for storefront assignments and publication questions. For Perka legal or privacy concerns, use legal@joinperka.com. Vendors accept these terms before using the portal, and Perka records the account, terms version and time. The terms still require finalisation before they become effective.
To complete before publication
- Operating entity, vendor/organiser relationship, effective date and any commercial conditions. Vendors accept a versioned copy in the portal; the version must change when the final text is published.
- Final content licence, removal/closure arrangements, and legal review.
